The Victim Detection series examines how danger reshapes women and other targeted individuals under pressure, particularly when the situation still appears normal from the outside. Grounded in the PCRS system, it looks beyond the visible presence of a predator and maps how coercion, control, and threat can become embedded across the body, decision-making, movement, logistics, relationships, and self-narrative.
The series tracks these patterns across different danger states, including active threat, over-functioning, freezing, interception, dependency, and operating within another person’s system of control. Together, the manuals provide a structured and practical lens for identifying danger states, behavioural shifts, and structural traps before harm escalates. Its purpose is to support proportionate protective response, clearer judgement, documentation, boundary-setting, and safety planning, reducing confusion, minimisation, and self-blame through pattern awareness and practical action.
